Things to Do in Dubrovnik is an independent guide, not a tour operator. When you book through certain links on this site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That is the whole business model, and this page sets out exactly how it works.

Which Links Are Affiliate Links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. They point to the live listing for each tour on the booking platform that sells it, and to travel-booking partners behind the car-rental, transfer, insurance, eSIM, luggage-storage and stay pages. If you book through one of those links, the platform pays us a commission on the sale. The price you pay is the same either way. Not every link earns: many point to official operator sites, ferry operators and public information, and those pay nothing at all.

What We Earn Nothing On

A large share of what we recommend earns us nothing. The free things to do in Dubrovnik, the public beaches, the viewpoints and the walls themselves carry no affiliate link. The three free GuruWalk walks, where you tip the guide what you think the tour was worth, earn this site nothing either. They sit on the same pages as the paid options, in the same lists, because they belong there.

What the Arrangement Does Not Change

The money does not buy placement. Which tours appear on this site, and in what order, is an editorial decision made by Marko Radić, who has worked with travellers in this city since 2015. No operator has paid to be included, and none can pay to move up a list. Ratings and review counts shown alongside each tour are the booking platform's own published figures, reproduced exactly, and they appear only where they are real. If a tour is weak, it says so, commission or no commission.
